Celebrate Easter with a beautiful spring brunch at The Midland Railroad Hotel in Wilson! Gather with family and friends in the elegant Drummer’s Dining Hall for a festive meal featuring a delicious spread of classic brunch favorites and seasonal dishes.
Guests will enjoy carved Spiral Ham glazed with peaches and mustard and Bacon-Wrapped Lemon Pepper Turkey, along with a variety of house-made sides including traditional deviled eggs, charcuterie, strawberry spinach salad, scalloped potatoes with bacon & brie, baked homestyle mac & cheese, green beans with caramelized onion & ham, and creamed corn. Be sure to save room for dessert with selections like cheesecake brûlée, chocolate mousse, and carrot cake.
Two seatings are available at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and reservations are required to ensure your table.
